Kyler Murray is officially choosing football, and he believes he's the top quarterback in the draft.
The Heisman Trophy winner announced his decision on social media, saying he is "firmly and fully committed to becoming an NFL quarterback.

Murray also subtly ignited a debate between Dwayne Haskins and himself, saying he is "the franchise quarterback in this draft."
Haskins is widely considered the top quarterback in the draft, even with Murray declared, but this official confirmation will certainly ignite the debate as we move into the NFL Combine and eventually draft day.
