The Buckeyes won't be playing until next month, but if you're looking for some college football to watch in the mean time, Saturday's got a few games worth your time.

Top-25 Showdown

  • No. 17 Miami at No. 18 Louisville, 7:30 p.m., ABC

It took us until Week 3, but we finally have our first ranked matchup of the season as No. 17 Miami travels to take on No. 18 Louisville in a primetime showdown on ABC.

The Canes are led by Houston transfer quarterback D'Eriq King, who led a run-heavy Miami offense alongside starting running back Cam'Ron Harris to a 31-14 win over UAB last week. But that heavy ground game will be put to the test on Saturday night by a Louisville team that allowed just 3.4 yards per carry last week against Western Kentucky.

Both teams showed promise in their season opener, but now it's time for one to break away from the pack in the ACC.

Bedlam Begins

  • Tulsa at No. 11 Oklahoma State, NOON, ESPN

With running back Chuba Hubbard, wide receiver Tylan Wallace and quarterback Spencer Sanders all returning this season, Oklahoma State figures to have one of the most explosive offenses in the country this season, and we'll get our first look at it today.

The Pokes are playing host to a Tulsa team that lost a substantial chunk of its defense from last season, especially in the secondary, so you'll see more than a few players getting their first meaningful snaps against one of the most potent offenses in the country.

Needless to say, if the Oklahoma State offense is anywhere near as electric as billed, we could be seeing a lot of fireworks in Bedlam on Saturday afternoon.

Another Stunner?

  • No. 14 UCF at Georgia Tech, 3:30 p.m., ABC

Everyone loves a good comeback story, and Georgia Tech's trying to write theirs this season.

The Jackets went an abysmal 3-9 last season under new head coach Geoff Collins, which wasn't exactly unexpected as a team built for a triple-option transitioned to a more modern spread offense.

But one game into the season, Year Two already seems to be going a hell of a lot better for Collins and co. after Georgia Tech stunned Florida State 16-13 to start the season behind true freshman quarterback Jeff Sims.

This week, the Jackets have a chance to prove the win was no fluke when they host No. 14 UCF. The Knights enter the game as more than a touchdown favorite, but that wasn't a problem last week when Florida State took an L as a 12.5-point favorite.
