Ohio State won its second game of the season in convincing fashion while not actually covering the 44-point spread. Ryan Day's teams cover more often than not, so we'll chalk this one up to being an unreasonably-high number, shall we?

The biggest news of the weekend was the resurgence of the Buckeye passing attack. C.J. Stroud threw four touchdown passes on the day, three of which were hauled in by Marvin Harrison, Jr., who is making the most of his opportunity to shine as Jaxson Smith-Njigba and Julian Fleming remain on the sidelines recovering from injuries.

Route Man Marv seemed to catch almost everything thrown his way, and used his physical gifts to exert his will on the Arkansas State defensive backfield. The two-headed monster of TreVeyon Henderson and Miyan Williams were solid as well, and while the final output wasn't 250 yards rushing and 250 yards passing, it's become clear that the team can be effective on the ground or through the air.

One lingering question about the retooled Silver Bullet defense is the ability of the secondary to get the job done against tougher opponents. The Red Wolves are not a particularly difficult opponent, and the defense allowed them to make some progress through the air... although shut things down in the Red Zone, holding the visiting team to field goals instead of touchdowns.

We'll share your #takes from Twitter (you should totally Tweet us @ElevenDubcast), and there are some excellent tweets to chat about this week, including about some stellar pregame smoking.

Ask Us Anything wants to know our favorite non-toast uses for a single piece of bread, our ideal NIL deals if we were Buckeye players, and what players we would use for an all-OSU football video game team. An important reminder: you can ask us all kinds of fantastical things by sending us questions to dubcast@elevenwarriors.com!

And that'll do it! Thanks as always to you for listening and checking out the Dry Goods store, thanks to Travis for the cool logo, and we'll see you next week!
