Multiple media outlets and reporters are reporting this morning Andrew Luck's dad, Oliver, who also moonlights as West Virginia's athletic director, will be taking a new job with the NCAA as Mark Emmert's No. 2. According to NCAA.com, Luck will be the new "regulatory vice president."
Oliver Luck is a well-respected voice within the collegiate sporting community, as evidenced by his position with the College Football Playoff Selection Committee.
I assume this will also put him in pole position to takeover the NCAA reigns from Mark Emmert once Emmert decides he's tired of making millions of dollars a year on the backs of Millennials' free labor.
(Note: I tried hard not to get snarky with Mark Emmert. Alas, there is always tomorrow.)
