One of the quirks about college football is that it's "illegal" to give a student-athlete $20 for lunch, but it's okay to shower schools with millions of dollars for facilities for those student-athletes.
Because of this — and because schools are desperate to show they're broke, actually — schools are now opening multi-million dollar athletic facilities. (Iowa recently got an upgrade.)
Virginia Tech is the latest school to unveil new facilities, and as far as these things go the Hokies' banger isn't bad:
