You may have noticed that 105.7 in Columbus is no longer a sports station.
Around 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon, the station transitioned from 105.7 The Zone, which covered sports with an emphasis on central Ohio, to 105.7 The Brew, a classic rock station.
That means folks like Matt McCoy, Lori Schmidt, Bruce Hooley, Chris Spielman and Eric Rieser will no longer be on the 105.7 frequency, but that doesn't mean they'll be out of the game entirely.
Some news.. Thanks everyone..& thanks to my man @Jacksonville8 pic.twitter.com/pOgstj37Mm

I can't tell you how much it has meant to have heard from so many of you today. I am still absorbing everything, but to answer the question I keep getting: 610 WTVN wants to incorporate sports news into their broadcasts, so I am following Matt there. https://t.co/rp1dAEZNev
