After about 5 years ago kinda just doing what I want, it's finally time for me to straighten up health wise (long overdue). I'm kind of limited on my ability to do cardio as I've got a bum leg (thanks to a couple not so good military related surgeries).

Any input regarding this product or recommendations for something similar will be helpful as well. I've essentially cut out all soda, most sugars and am working on cutting out energy drinks and etc as well.
Not particularly looking to lift or etc at the moment, just drop weight mostly so I've been walking as much as I can, simple push ups and sit ups, etc.
