I am purchasing 5.7 acres with the thought of splitting it into two lots and selling both in Sunbury ohio. I have never done this before. Really reaching out to know if anyone would be available to answer questions or knows about this. I would be happy to pay for your time if that helps. I have reached out to the zoning person in the township and as long as each lot is 2 net acres it can be done. Hoping someone has done this before and would have surveyors in mind or any surveyors on here around sunbury ohio.
