8 habaneros
1/3 lb serranos
1/3 jalapeños
1 red onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 1/2 TBSP cumin
3 TBSP Chilli powder
1 TBSP red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp chipotle chilli powder
1 beer
2 cups water
1 can pinto beans drained
1 can kidney beans drained
28 oz diced tomatoes
28 oz tomato sauce
1.5 lbs ground beef
1.5 lbs ground pork
1. Dice all vegetables.
2. Put all vegetables in a tray in smoker for 30 minutes.
3. Add a bottle of beer to tray.
4. Brown ground beef, pork.
5. Mix spices with two cups of water.
6. Add beef, pork and all remaining ingredients into tray.
7. Mix and smoke, 250° for 5 hours.
