What's the best exchange for liquidity? That is, is there an exchange that allows you to buy crypto for the price of the crypto at the time you go to make the purchase and that reliably executes that buy? Likewise, is there an exchange that allows you to sell your crypto for the price at that time you go to sell it and that reliably carries out the sale? Although I'm not well-versed on the topic at all, it seems like some of these exchanges impose waiting periods from the time you go to buy/sell to the time that the purchase/sale is actually carried out. Also, one exchange I was looking at, Binance US, has some articles on its website suggesting that it won't even execute the trade if there is too great of a price increase/decrease from the time you go to buy/sell until the time that the purchase/sale is carried out. Any clarity anyone could provide would be much appreciated buy these ubiquitous Youtube reviews don't seem to delve into this question.
