I'm trying to buy tickets for the game in Miami. I'm willing to risk if OSU/Georiga is/isn't there, and if they're not selling them off.  Wife is from Georgia.

I can see there are already tickets on the secondary market, including ticketmaster, stubhub, etc.  Assumedly those are seats given to Miami Dolphins ticket holders, etc.

But is there another on-sale once the teams are announced, and is that available to the public?  Or are all the tickets that are/were made available to the public already sold?
