So my freezers are now filled with a little less than 80lbs of chicken.  Good friend of mine has a chicken farm, and the company he grows for had a growers sale last week.  40lbs of leg quarters (thigh and drumstick) for $17 or 40lbs of wings for $70...I took a box of each.  Smoked some wings and some quarters this past weekend, and vacuumed sealed the rest (hence why I've got less than 80lbs left).  With all this chicken, especially the wings, I was wondering what kinds of ways everyone likes to do their wings, including cooking methods, dry seasonings, and sauces.  I will say, the wings I smoked, we ended up eating the next day after re-crisping in the air fryer...tossed in BWW spicy garlic sauce...they were fantastic.
