My CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card says that I received two doses of "Pfizer FJ4989."

I'm trying to get a Chilean "Mobility Pass." Chile's "MeVacuno" website wants to know what vaccine I received. The relevant choices are "Pfizer BioNTech - (INTER)Comirnaty" and "Pfizer BioNTech - BNT162b2."

Any idea which one I should choose? I have not been able to reach the pharmacy where I got these vaccines.
