I will never understand the work environment that sets up over the top metrics; insane compliance/adherence expectations, and then expects employees to thrive, survive or lose their job. They believe giving employees Amazon gift cards is a sufficient trade off.

Interested to hear if this is a common method of work motivation for others outside of the online schooling environment.
