Many of you have been following OSU fan Joe Hall’s incredible walk across America, from Delaware to San Fran. He’s only a few days from reaching the Pacific. A big point of the whole effort was to raise money for the Behavioral Health Unit at Dayton Children’s Hospital (which helps youth and teens in crisis) in memory of Jaxon, who committed suicide two years ago. I had been following Joe’s walk, but I didn’t “do anything about it” until just now when I donated. People should donate to the causes that are important to them, and that’s different for everyone. Maybe this resonates with you, and maybe it doesn’t. Here are a couple links so you can see if it’s a fit for you. Joe, you’ve been an inspiration on this effort, and congrats on an incredible journey!
