Ohio State blows out Indiana, 38-15. Now, it's time to do the same to That Team Up North.
From the Columbus Dispatch:
The Bier Stube, at 1479 N. High St., along with 14-0 Express convenience store and Yau's Chinese Bistro, would be torn down and replaced by a six-story development with 92 apartments under the plan by submitted by campus-area developer and landlord Buckeye Real Estate…..
The plan is scheduled to come before the University Impact District Review Board on Thursday, which is also scheduled to hear a proposal to replace the Little Bar at 2195 N. High St. with a student-housing development.
The development would sit immediately north of a housing complex rising at North High Street and West 8th Avenue on the site of Lucky's Stout House, which closed over the summer.
Campus sure is changing a lot. I guess it was only a matter of time with OSU buying everything in that area. Won’t be the same without the Stube though
