I am currently interviewing for a manufacturing role in Lima Ohio and was wondering if I could get some guidance on best places to live for a young family. My wife and I have 3 young children and value a safe environment with a good school system. I'm open to commuting at most 50 minutes one way for work. 

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
