Fanatics, the company taking over the entire sports cards/collectibles issuance industry, is suing MHJ for breach of contract. MHJ claims there was no contract.

Personally, I remember getting screwed by Fanatics back in 2021 when I invested in the Topps SPAC, only for the Topps SPAC to drop when Fanatics took the MLB license away. (That story here https://archive.ph/swZ6c)
The founder/CEO of Fanatics, Michael Rubin, is a ruthless businessman who is becoming one of the most powerful people in sports. He clearly wants to corner his market and mint himself a fortune many times over, at the expense of other people.
I don't know who is at fault in the context of the lawsuit, but I am getting tired of this company's ruthless and domineering ways.
