Sorry to take this hear, but I usually get concise replies. 

My kid needs a MP3 only player for summer camp, meaning no access to videos, games, etc.  It can only be a music player, and maybe can have pictures on it as well.

I was told to buy this player called a Campfire Player but it is SO much more expensive than anything else I've seen, so not doing that.  

I just want an audio player that allows me to download albums and playlists from either Amazon or Spotify.  None of the MP3 players are specifically stating whether you can download playlists onto the device.  And we don't buy albums anymore, nor do we really want to since we pay for services. 

So

1) Can anyone rec'd a good device for kids that doesn't have video

2) A device that lets you move music playlists from Amazon or Spotify to the device, without having to buy all the music

3) Doesn't break the bank
