I've had a few doozies, but the one that comes to mind right away was that time that one of the persons who interviewed to me, and actually the first of three or four, admitted that he himself was also a candidate for the position. I had to resist the urge to facepalm, and stayed to talk to the other people, but that one was pretty much over right at the get go.
