Anybody else looking to start working out and want group accountability? I’m going to start doing a workout everyday (starting today 7/2) and post what I did up until the first game of the football season.
Along with working out, I plan to drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces of water per day.
On Aug. 31st I plan to have started a fitness routine habit that will carry me through this football season and beyond.
