Pete Carroll is supposedly returning to USC in a teaching capacity. Although no details are being released as to what he will teach.

Is this an end run around the NCAA? Is USC bringing back Carroll to mentor the football coaching staff?

Carroll should not be allowed to set foot on a college campus, in any capacity, until he answers questions from the NCAA about recruiting violations while he was at the school. 

Carroll ran to the NFL to avoid having to answer questions from the NCAA and to avoid any punishment for the cheating program he was running. Time to answer those questions and face the show-cause penalty he would have been given.
