When the Cotton Bowl game was scheduled, we just assumed Longhorn fans would be purchasing tickets like mad. I got an ad for Ticketmaster just a little bit ago, and it appears there are a bunch of tickets still available, and many are cheap too. This surprises me, as this is their biggest game in years. You can go to Ticketmaster here and purchase tickets if you haven't already.
I would have to believe it is because they are heavy underdogs, and many are staying home to watch on TV because of this. Nobody wants to spend a bunch of money to watch the home team lose. I know I spent a bunch of money in in the Fiesta against Clemson, it sucked so bad, but I did meet some great new friends while there, so it wasn't a total loss.
As always, be kind, everybody gets an upvote here.
