Thank you Tom Herman for taking over the Texas program and making it a tier 2 program.  I just love how Texas is no longer able to keep their 5 stars and now are easily recruited by other Universities.  Also, thank you for making the Big 12 a tier two conference.  That said, gotta give it a big horns down.
