The following article is an interesting read on the continual mediocrity at TTUN. While it’s easy to blame the current (and previous) coaching staff(s), this article suggest the problem may be the administration—not the coaches. The administration is essentially handcuffing coaches from having success.  This actually makes sense, considering the last decade at TTUN.  
 

If this is true, great coaches will “be warned” before they go to UM. They may not see success long after Harbaugh is gone.
