This has flown under the radar a bit, but today they adopted a new rule for OT in CFB this year.  

Starting this year, if a team scores a touchdown in the second OT, they must go for 2. If teams are still tied after 2OT, they will alternate 2 point tries from the 3 yard line until a winner is determined.

2OT games are rare, but I still don't like this change.  The 2-point shootout thing is way too gimmicky.
