As Ohio State fans we look at things from a Big 10 perspective, but try looking at it from a BIG 12 perspective. What should they do if the remaining teams want to stand pat as a conference? How should they go forward? Should they add additional schools, and if so, who? Should they just go as is?

In my opinion, I would add 4 schools. I would add Memphis, Cincinnati, Houston, and BYU. Obviously, you have to sell those schools on a reason to join, but I think they would make you relevant as a Power 5 conference if they join.
