This is really a head scratcher, for sure. Baylor escaped major infractions from the NCAA for its sexual assault scandal from 5 years ago. Baylor got a slap on the wrist. 

Moral of the story: You can sexually assault women and try to cover it up. You can sexually assault children and try cover it up. But don't you dare cover up players who trade their own property for tattoos!
