Because of Hurricane Ida, the Oklahoma-Tulane game couldn't be held at Tulane as originally scheduled. The easiest option was to just relocate to OU's campus instead. This kind of thing has happened before, but a few things make this one noteworthy.
1. Tulane is getting all of the revenue, just as if it were their actual home game. I'm not sure of the legal requirements here but if they had any say in it it's really cool that OU is allowing that.
2. OU is letting them use the home locker room.
3. They're painting their own field to make the visitors feel more at "home".

There's plenty of things wrong with CFB, but stuff like this is what makes the sport great.
