Maybe someone can help me out. I have searched to the extent of my capabilities to try and find any college football team that has had 3 1,000 yard receivers in one season. I can find many examples of 3 1,000 rushers, which normally take over any search I can conduct. I have not been able to find anything showing that this has been done in college football so far. Currently:
JSN: 1027 yards
Wilson: 813 yards
Olave: 708 yards
Assuming the Buckeyes beat both teams up north (I'm not saying this in over-confidence, I'm just saying this for numbers purposes), we are looking at them playing at least 4, possibly 5 more games. Even if it's 4, it is highly likely that Olave and Wilson will get the ball enough to make this happen.
Can someone with better computer skills verify that this will be the first time? Or possibly show me that my confidence level with computers and the internet is very over-inflated?
