With all the changes going on in the world of CFB, the big ten, Ohio States own staff and roster, i thought it would be helpful to remind everyone just how quickly things can change in this sport. Might put a few recruiting misses, walmart wolverine toxicity, and (exagerated) NIL woes into perspective. Two years ago, the team that has beaten us twice:
- was 2-4 and celebrating avoiding a game that was played during every major war and global conflict
- Including both world wars.
- They were considering firing their coach
- had, several months prior, been complicit in the plan to cancel an entire season of football, but not classes
- Their fans were busy making excuses about a pandemic and were just starting to learn that their revered coach they built statues of had a dark side. The world found out that Bo served up his own underperforming players (including his own son) to be sexually assaulted and molested by his friend and team doc.
- Former players like Harbaugh and Desmon wont acknowledge these heinous accusations unless asked directly and Desmond Howard on a reddit AskMeAnything stated be deliberately chooses to believe otherwise.
Perspective, folks
