Just one year after Northwestern beat Nebraska, the university leadership has decided to fire Pat Fitzgerald. This comes after a suspension that has been previously mentioned on this site.
It's hard to find a person that dislikes Fitzgerald, and he always seemed to get the most out of his players.
I think it's safe to say he will either be a college analyst in 2023, or an NFL head coach in 2024...or both
