I have been hearing a lot of people calling for TCUN to have their wins vacated and I have heard other people calling for forfeiture. Should TCUN have their wins vacated or forfeited?

Should TCUN have their wins vacated or forfeited? Why? Has there ever been a precedent? 

Per Bruce Feldman and The Athletic today, 31 out of 50 coaches feel advanced scouting and recording is worth 3-7 points while 15 out of 50 coaches feel it is worth more than 10 points. Should Michigan wins by over 10 points be vacated while wins under 10 points be forfeited?
