A very self-explanatory topic but who do you think would have graded out as a 99 overall player, by the end of the season, had the game existed over the last decade?

Obviously there are some players that I think would have made it:

Joe Burrow (2019), MHJr., Devonta Smith (maybe not due to size?), Derrick Henry, Cam Newton, Christian McCaffrey, Saquon Barkley, Chase Young?

Who should, shouldn't be at 99 overall? I feel like that rating isn't just for "someone who was exceptional" but, rather, has to be a player that is just above and beyond everyone else and excels at every part of their position along with amazing measurables.
