There is an article out on Sports Illustrated that discusses the possibility of a "super league" for college football.  69 (nice?) current P5 teams plus Notre Dame to form seven divisions with 50 G5 teams competing via promotion/relegation for spots in an eighth 10 team division. The set up up would feed the 8 division champions plus 8 wild card teams into a NFL style playoff to determine a champion.
