We have seen two major rule changes being implemented. Would you favor NCAA using these

The first is the Elam ending that was used in the TBT that our Carmen Crew just won. It certainly made for more strategy for close games. Since there is no clock during the final four minutes, there will no longer be the constant fouling by the team behind to preserve the clock. 

The second is what the NFL just implemented for kick offs. With this rule, the game is going to see a lot more kick off returns rather than the kicking into the end zone with no return. (sorry if these have already been discussed)
