Currently Michigan has the 116th offense in the country out of 133 teams. They are only getting 310 yards on average per game.

There are so many ways to look into this… but just to put some of this into context.

Jabrill Peppers when he was under center made no sense in 2016. It’s was insanely unproductive and really never added a great benefit to UM that season and I never understood why they went to it as often as they did.

Peppers took 27 snaps that season and had a total of 167 yards and 2 TDs.

Orji had 27 snaps against Minnesota and had a total of 98 yards, 1 TD and 1 pick

Orji had 25 snaps against USC and had 75 total yards and no TDs…

As ridiculous and predictable as the Peppers package was when he was… You could honestly say that Peppers would be the best QB on Michigans roster and certainly more productive…
