I shared this with a few privately, but didn't initially intend to post here... it's nothing definitive, but it is interesting (and interestingly-timed). BS is obviously running with something - and I have to assumed it could be the same info - so I think it's important to get this out there to set reasonable expectations

Sunday mid-morning I got a note from my best contact up there that things appeared to be "moving forward" towards a negotiated agreement to wrap this up. I've been pressing since, and have gotten some interesting bits but nothing black and white. In totality, it gives me the impression that leadership might be ready to swallow the pill and start their clock. Nothing is signed off on yet, but I wouldn't be shocked if we saw some movement prior to their "respond by" date.
