As everybody is aware, Marshall opted out of their bowl game due to the large amount of transfers from the program. Revenue sharing could fix this, could make bonuses tied to playing in the bowl game and an even larger bonus for winning. This would incentivize players to play knowing they are going to get paid. 

Now not every player will end up playing, the players who arent in the playoff and first round pick grade will still sit. However, that third rounder or second rounder who could use the extra game tape with the chance of getting into the first round could play and be compensated for it

Take school pride out of everything you think you know. These are now semi pro athletes and need to be compensated for their time. They do not care as much as you about school pride or winning a bowl game.
