Has anyone else been seeing these complaints all over message boards and social media? Fans wanted an expanded playoffs and now people are complaining about the expanded playoffs. 

I saw one insider say he spoke to a parent from their team and the parent said the team hadn’t lift weights in two months. To me that sounds like bad S&C vs the season being too long. 

This is where Ryan Day and Chip Kelly separated themselves this year, with their NFL experience they were well prepared for a 16 game season and keeping players fresh. 16 game seasons are common in high school, FCS, D2 and D3, I see no reason why it should be a big ask for D1 FBS athletes who are now making millions of dollars before they even step on the field.
