Another week, another loss. Ohio State drops a 12-7 decision to Denver in Colorado today, following up last week's OT loss to Towson.
Ohio State, continuing a theme, struggled offensively all game long. Despite battling to a 5-5 draw at the half, Denver scored 5 unanswered goals in the 3rd quarter, and equaled Ohio State's output in the 4th.
JT Bugliosi had 2 goals, and Tre Leclaire added 2 assists. Nothing else about this week's offensive outing was noteworthy.
Justin Inacio went 8-18 at the faceoff X, with Feliziani going a paltry 1-5. Honestly, that's a great effort for OSU, considering how good Baptiste is. Downside, Baptiste had 2 goals off the face, so he hurt OSU more than he usually hurts opponents.
Ethan Walker had 1 goal and 2 assists, and Austin French had 4 assists to lead the attack line in points. 11 goals came from Denver middies, with 5 players scoring two goals.
Ohio State plays Notre Dame next weekend.
