Obviously it didn’t end the way they set out at the beginning of the season, but huge props to Tom Ryan and the wrestling team for a great year.

joey McKenna, Micah Jordan, and Kollin Moore all finished as national runners up in their respective weight classes this weekend, and the wrestling team sent ten members of the team to Pittsburgh for the tournament; more than anyone.

i think Ohio states wrestling team is just in a position where there is penn state then there is everyone else and they just have no weaknesses. As much as we want to hate penn state, that’s the plain truth, they genuinely are the real deal. 

Still, finishing ranked second nationally and having a respectable showing over all is what I’ll take away from 2019
