Imagine you live in a state that:
Had it's largest city declare bankruptcy.
Had the Mayor of Detroit sentenced to 28 years in prison for corruption!
Have an ENTIRE city where it is unsafe to drink the water!
13th most dangerous state for violent crimes (Ohio is 35th)
"With a violent crime rate of 2,007.8 incidents per 100,000 people, Detroit is one of the most dangerous cities in the country. However, it falls short of ranking as the most dangerous city in the state.
In Muskegon Heights, a small city in western Michigan, there were 2,238.8 violent crimes for every 100,000 people in 2018, nearly six times the national violent crime rate of 380.6 per 100,000 people."
Michigan ranks behind Ohio in public education AND higher education (US NEWS and REPORTS)...and they GREATLY trail in K-12. Ohio is ranked 18th...Michigan is 29th....JUST ahead of Kentucky!
Yep...Michigan sure has a lot to be proud of....
