As a casual follower of the Buckeye's men's hockey team, it's clear it has been a tough year. After some strong previous seasons, this was not a total surprise as the Bucks were picked preseason to finish last in conference with 8 freshmen and 7 transfers.
Unfortunately, they've now lost 7 in a row.
Anyone that follows the program more closely have any observations on whether there's growth taking place and optimism for next year?
Wisconsin, Minnesota, MSU, and TTUN are all ranked 4th-11th and both ND and PSU are receiving votes, so there aren't many easy wins to be found in conference play for these young Bucks.
