After four straight losses for the Ohio State men’s basketball team, it certainly looks like the Buckeyes could use some reinforcements. With that in mind, This Week’s Question is simple: If you could add any former Buckeye to this year’s team, who would you choose?
Given the lack of size on this year’s roster outside of Felix Okpara and Zed Key, my choice would be Greg Oden (the healthy version who played for the Buckeyes). But you could certainly make a case for a go-to scorer on the wing like Jim Jackson, Michael Redd or Evan Turner or a playmaking point guard like Mike Conley or D’Angelo Russell. A little tougher to project how Jerry Lucas and John Havlicek would fit into today’s game, but they certainly belong in the conversation.
Who’s your pick and why?
