I Love what Jake D brings to the Buckeye hoopsters!  He has everything I feel a team would want for a coach! Let me count the ways: 

1. He is a BB coaches son.

2. He is well loved by the team as far as appears. They listen and perform; that's apparent to anyone paying attention.

3. He is a "born and bred" Buckeye.

4. He is a very good recruiter.

5. Seems to work well with his staff.

6. Speaks his heart (and faith)

7.  He is not overpaid. (yet!) LOL

8.I think we fans will regret losing Diebler  later.
