This is the first week where all 6 computer polls have data. Last week, the A&H poll had rankings but I didn't use them. Interestingly, they had LSU at 1 last week, and this week LSU and OSU tie at 1, with OSU officially getting the 1 and LSU the 2 (not sure how they resolve tie breakers). This is surprising to me since we were idle while LSU won big over Florida, but it could be based on the strength of the Big Ten as we have 4 6-0 teams and an additional ranked team in Michigan.
Alabama continues it's hold over the number 1 spot, actually increasing it's average slightly due to gaining a single point in the computers. Georgia dropped substantially after losing an ugly game against USC. They were 5th last week and the computers were already not as keen on them as the human polls, so this isn't too surprising. LSU also made a huge jump from last week with the win over Florida as earlier noted (despite the A&H dropping them for some reason). We now see 3 Big Ten teams in the top 7, with a fairly large gap between them and Auburn at 8. There is also considerable separation between the top 4 and the 5 and 6 spots. Oklahoma and Wisconsin are very close there and Wisconsin actually gained more points this week than Oklahoma despite their big win over Texas.
