Does anyone know why there isn't a copy of the 2019 Rose Bowl against Washington on DVD/Blu Ray available on the internet for purchase? OSU used to routinely make games available for purchase in the past. Is it some sort of copyright issue?

Also, does anyone know a trustworthy place where I can find that game or any others for purchase? Besides YouTube of course. Thanks.
