I've been hearing all about the coaching carousel this year and it got me thinking about Kevin Wilson. I know Ryan Day gets a lot of credit for the offensive explosion since Day's arrival, but Day was Co-Offensive Coordinator with Wilson in 2018; Wilson was Co-Offensive Coordinator with Yurcich in 2019; and Wilson was/is the Offensive Coordinator for 2020/2021.
I remember Wilson's Offenses at Indiana giving us all we could handle, specifically in 2015, and our Offenses the last few years really remind me of his 2015 Indiana team.
Ryan Day deserves a lot of Credit, but with Wilson's head coaching experience (which did end in some turmoil), I can't help but think he'd make a great candidate for a head coaching Gig...maybe Virginia Tech?
How much does our Offense change (if at all) if he leaves?
It just seems like he has been a constant, along-side Ryan Day.
