How does the 11W community feel Gene Smith has done as AD?

I happened to stumble onto the live feed through Facebook while waiting on a meeting at work and some lady bashed him right off the bat.  I think he's done a good job at enhancing our university overall, with a big exception of how he handled the Tressel situation.
